You must create an account to list items on Fav-stuff. Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, genaue und vollständige Informationen bereitzustellen und diese aktuell zu halten.

3. Listing Items / Artikel einstellen

As a seller, you can list handmade items. You must ensure that all products comply with applicable laws, including product safety and CE regulations for applicable products. / Als Verkäufer können Sie handgefertigte Artikel einstellen. Sie müssen sicherstellen, dass alle Produkte den geltenden Gesetzen entsprechen, einschließlich Produktsicherheit und CE-Vorschriften für anwendbare Produkte.

4. Fees and Payments / Gebühren und Zahlungen

Fav-stuff charges a listing fee and takes a 5% commission on each sale (excluding shipping costs). Fees can be paid using credits. / Fav-stuff erhebt eine Listungsgebühr und eine Provision von 5 % auf jede Transaktion (ohne Versandkosten). Gebühren können mit Credits bezahlt werden.

5. User Responsibilities / Benutzerverantwortung

You are responsible for your listings, ensuring that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including product safety standards, CE marking for certain products, and intellectual property laws. / Sie sind für Ihre Angebote verantwortlich und stellen sicher, dass diese allen relevanten Gesetzen und Vorschriften entsprechen, einschließlich Produktsicherheitsstandards, CE-Kennzeichnung für bestimmte Produkte und geistigem Eigentum.

6. Prohibited Activities / Verbotene Aktivitäten

You are prohibited from listing illegal items, counterfeit products, or anything that violates the rights of others. If any violations are found, we reserve the right to suspend or remove your account. / Es ist Ihnen untersagt, illegale Artikel, gefälschte Produkte oder alles, was die Rechte anderer verletzt, einzustellen. Bei festgestellten Verstößen behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Ihr Konto zu sperren oder zu entfernen.

When purchasing a product on Fav-stuff, the contract is concluded between the buyer and the seller, not between the buyer and Fav-stuff. Fav-stuff acts solely as a platform enabling buyers and sellers to connect and conduct transactions. / Der Kauf eines Produkts auf Fav-stuff führt zu einem Vertrag zwischen dem Käufer und dem Verkäufer, nicht zwischen dem Käufer und Fav-stuff.
